AlignRite LLC has just announced a revolutionary innovation that solves issues of alignment for both amateur and professional golfers alike. AlignRite’s proprietary technology allows the golfer to align the clubface perfectly to the pin (complementing a rangefinder that determines the exact distance). Our patented design embeds a precisely-sighted micro video camera within the club’s face. This unique vantage point displays back to the golfer the absolute clubface alignment to the pin allowing them to make immediate, real time, precise corrective adjustment. Golfers can now realize the dream of lower scores. AlignRite is an excellent tool for teaching professionals and will improve every golfer’s game by retraining their ocular dominance and parallax perception.

AlignRite has navigated the proof-of-concept phase and is now actively seeking $100,000 investment for our prototype phase for a 10% equity stake in AlignRite.

What golf professionals are saying…

“Align Rite is one of the best ideas I have seen in my 33 years as a golf professional. Alignment is one of the biggest problems I see in my customers at my golf schools and in private lessons. I teach the easiest way to swing a golf club, but that does no good if people cannot aim toward the target. Align Rite will solve the alignment problem once and for all for every golfer. So simple and easy to use I am sure that I could sell one to every one of my customers.”

Being a Teaching Professional for 27 years, I observe poor aiming skills on a daily basis. The AlignRite immediately makes my student’s aware of their aiming inefficiencies and self-teaches them how to get the ball on the optimal start line. There is nothing quite like this innovative, patented technology and should be utilized by every golfer & coach looking to vastly improve their aiming skills. Bravo Skip on this diamond in the rough technology!

Parker Parsons

PGA Lead Instructor, Turf Valley CC & Resort Ellicott City, MD

“Proper aiming in golf is the true fundamental of golf. While most golfers are taught to aim their feet or shoulders, they neglect aiming the clubface. Now, with Align Right, perfect aiming of the clubface is now possible. This will have dramatic positive effects on anyone who starts practicing with it. I foresee one of these clubs in every teaching professionals bag as well as every golfer!”

Tony Chateauvert

PGA Golf Manager/Head Professional, Town of Palm Beach Golf Course, www.golfontheocean.com

“I am writing to tell you how excited I am to get the information regarding the Align-Rite concept for perfect club alignment to the target. In 46 years as a playing professional, teaching professional and coach of beginner players to tour players, one of the most significant causes of errant shots is misalignment. Your invention has solved the problem! Having used several different instructional aids to demonstrate proper alignment, watching students struggle to understand the concept of and see misalignment. Using Align-Rite, the student “gets it”. Congratulations, Skip. This training device should be in every player’s hands who cares about their game and every instructor’s arsenal who cares about their student.” [email protected]

“I have been a member of the PGA of America since 1964. I was the winner of 15 Mid-Atlantic PGA events and have been a very good instructor for over five decades. During my many years of instruction, I constantly have noticed that students have great trouble with alignment. The AlignRight concept developed and patented by Skip Conrey would be a very popular and welcome item that would help players of all skill levels play better. The concept Mr. Conrey has worked on for several years provides infallible correct alignment position of the clubface when a player steps in extends arms and shaft and clubface rests behind the ball as the player addresses ball and prepares to hit a shot. At a glance a person can immediately see where his clubface is aligned in relation to target. It is very accurate in the alignment it shows the player where he is actually aiming. I teach in Palm Beach Fla in the winter and Southampton NY in the summer. I have known Skip for many years and he has developed a very exciting item for the world of Golf.”

EVOLUTION OF TECHNOLOGY

AlignRite takes the strokes off

As little as two degrees of misalignment from 150 yards out would leave you a 16-foot putt and a 20% chance of making that putt, instead of a 5-foot putt and a 95% chance. Imagine what taking 5 or more strokes off one’s game with perfect alignment would do for the golfer who never broke 100 or 90. This technology will revolutionize the game and bring back many who have given up. Under the present USGA rules, AlignRite wouldn’t be allowed in tournaments. However, touring pros can certainly practice with perfect clubface alignment to the pin. It’s a powerful training and teaching tool. And if you’re one of the 25 million golfers worldwide who doesn’t play tournaments and struggles with alignment, your game is about to greatly improve.

Attention: Skip Conrey
Align Rite

Mr. Conrey,

Here at Up-Rev we are excited at the opportunity to take part in the AlignRite revolutionary innovation. This comprehensive training aid is going to help golfers with their left and right eye dominance, not to mention a golfer’s parallax, which is looking at a target from a different perspective and angle. This training device will no doubt help to take strokes off a golfer’s game.

This is very exciting for us to venture with you and golf manufacturers down this technology path. Congratulations to you and your engineering partner, Steve Landsman. It has been a real pleasure to work with you both, and we are excited to help bring absolute club face alignment to the golfing world!

We are looking forward to working with AlignRite’s licensees in order to create and custom tailor a design and implementation of any special features, functions, housings, displays, and/or power source options to make their product unique, distinctive and consistent with their product’s brand. We are a one-stop facility and have the internal resources required to create and fabricate the custom electronics, specialized software, creative mechanical design and experience that can put together your system, ready for production, in any quantity, exactly as you envision it in the marketplace. We can, and will, provide everything from product concept, through prototyping, and then into full production while maintaining a close eye on assembly and material costs to maximize your profits.

Looking forward to taking the next steps!
Sincerely,
Jason Petro

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PALM BEACH, FL — Align-Rite, LLC announces technology that solves a basic problem that both amateurs and professionals alike have struggled with since golf’s inception. Just as the range finder can determine the exact distance to the pin, this PATENTED technology now allows the golfer to align the clubface perfectly to the pin as well.

If you are a touring pro under the present USGA rules, it wouldn’t be allowed in tournaments. However, touring pros can certainly practice with perfect clubface alignment to the pin. In fact, professional, as well as amateur golfers, can now learn to compensate and counteract vision displacement inaccuracies from the effects of ocular dominance, and parallax, by training with this technology. On the other hand, if you’re one of the 25 million golfers worldwide who doesn’t play tournaments and struggles with alignment, your game is about to get a whole lot better.

The idea of somehow implementing modern technology to correct the golfer’s alignment dilemma came to Skip Conrey of Palm Beach Florida, who himself was struggling with alignment. One day, when looking through his range finder thought, why not use modern technology to align the golfer perfectly to the pin? He reached out to his engineering partner and co-inventor, Steve Landsman, also from Florida. Together they ultimately rethought, and then redefined the essence of the conventional alignment assumptions, ultimately employing this unique solution.

This concept and technology have been praised and endorsed by a plethora of golfing and teaching professionals. Recently, while attending the PGA convention in Orlando, Skip spoke with several golf manufacturers on developing prototypes, and they all agreed that this would be a great training aid. Former PGA touring pro, Jim Thorpe, was also in attendance and quoted “EVERY AMATEUR NEEDS THIS TRAINING AID IN THEIR BAG”.

Up-Rev engineering in Melbourne, FL and co-inventor Steve Landsman are currently working on plans for pre-production prototypes. Inventors Conrey and Landsman are looking forward to being part of this history-making revolution of making golf better than ever, while also bringing back the millions of players that had given up the game out of frustration. We are going to grow the game to a whole new level, the inventors stated.

In order to further the global awareness of this patented, and revolutionary AlignRite concept, Skip and Parker are inviting select individuals to join the AlignRite family. Resources acquired via this segment will go towards enhancing the features and quantity of prototypes, as well as expenses for attending Shark Tank, trade shows, and other golf exposure venues.

In exchange, AlignRite shares

5% for $100,000

Having an audience of over 25 million amateur golfers, we have estimated a royalty revenue, based on $10 per club using the following initial market penetrations, and based on the acquisition of a single type club:

100% market share = $250 million

            2.5 % ROI = $6.25 million

            5 %    ROI = $ 12.5 million

75% market share = $187.5 million

            2.5 % ROI = $4.68 million

            5 %    ROI = $9.37 million

50%  market share = $125 million

            2.5 % ROI = $3.125 million

            5 %    ROI = $6.25 million

25%  market share = $62.5 million

            2.5 % ROI = $1.56 million

            5 %    ROI = $3.125 million

Keep in mind that beyond the initial putter offering, there are still 13 more clubs in a bag. It is our vision, and intention, to have multiple AlignRite clubs purchased per golfer, thereby further multiplying that ROI significantly. Proper club alignment becomes much more critical the farther away, and longer the shot, and therefore magnifies any angular error into many, many more feet off of the desired target. On the lighter side, all investors will receive a complete set of AlignRite clubs as a “thank you” for investing and believing in golf’s technological future. If you choose not to invest during this very selective stock offering, you can always still pick up a set of these wonderful clubs at your local pro shop.
